PAVILION RENTALS:
FREE OF CHARGE WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP!
Reserve the small or large pavilion for your next party and get-together! All parties require prior approval.
YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE PAID AND IN GOOD STANDING TO RESERVE A PAVILION
- Reservations are available in 4 hour blocks, from 12-4 pm or 5-9 pm (closing time could vary. Be sure to check the pool hours.)
- Set-up & clean-up time is included in this time frame. Be respectful of other members reservations.
- The $5 guest fee applies to all non-member guests, regardless of age. This includes guest that choose not to swim.
- Hosting members MUST read, understand and abide by the party rules/policies and take full responsibility for any property damage caused by their guests.

SIGN IN to your account to check pavilion availability and make reservation
STEP 2
Complete the form below.
Once a date is reserved through your Member Splash portal, complete the reservation form that contains additional questions specific to your party. YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM!
If this form is not returned within 72 hours of your party, the Social Directors reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
STEP 3
On the day of the party, you are responsible for submitting a GUEST SIGN IN SHEET to the lifeguards.
All guests are asked to check in at the guard station.
STEP 4
Following the party, please be sure to pay for your guests with the lifeguards. Pre-purchased guest passes may be used towards the balance of your guest fees.
