Events Calendar – South Windsor Swim and Tennis Club
We are looking forward to another summer filled with families, friends, and lots of fun events! If an event or party interests you, please sign up!
Social events are a fun, easy way to earn your work hours! Allotted work hours are determined by the amount of time you actually work the event. Please partner with our Social Director to determine your hours. You may SPLIT the hours with a friend if you want to host together.
TO NEW MEMBERS: If you are new to our club and do not have to complete work hours, PLEASE feel free to still sign up to host any event that you are interested in. These events are open and available to all members. The more FUN we provide, the more FUN we have!
We are open to any creative ideas or suggestions for a party or event that you have!
Some events will require the host to incur expenses in order to run the event. Any expenses associated with hosting a party will be refunded to the host following the party/event. All receipts must be submitted for reimbursement. Depending on the cost of the event, a charge per person/item/refreshment might be required. This can be discussed with our Social Director to determine the appropriate cost to cover the party expenses.
