PRIVATE PARTIES:

The small and large pavilions are available FREE of charge to reserve for your next party and get-together!  All parties require prior approval.

The pavilions may be reserved in 4 hour blocks, from 12 – 4 PM, or 4 – 8 PM (9 PM in July). Please note that your set-up & clean-up time is included in this time frame. If there is no one booked before or after your party, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the use of the pavilion. However, if there is another party booked that day, we ask that you respectfully wait until or vacate the pavilion at the appropriate time.  If it is a smaller party, you may be asked if you would be willing to share the large pavilion with another, smaller party.

If you are interested in having a party, log into your member splash account and view availability and reserve the desired pavilion. Once a date is booked via the website you MUST complete the form below.    Members must provide the club a minimum of 72 hours notice of a party with all forms completed.   If this is not returned you run the risk of your reservation being cancelled.   Also, the social director reserves the right to cancel your reservation if information in the party reservation form does not meet club criteria

On the day of the party, you are responsible for submitting a GUEST SIGN IN SHEET to the lifeguards. All guests are asked to check in at the guard station.

Following the party, you will receive an invoice for the total guest fees due based on your guest list. Pre-purchased guest passes may be used towards the balance of your guest fees.
